Programmes
From skill audit to signed contract in six months
Three intakes a year — January, May, and September. Each cohort is twenty-four people.
How it runs
Twenty-six weeks, four stages
-
01
Weeks 1–4 — Skills audit
A structured inventory of what you already know how to do, plus a CV workshop. Most people undersell themselves here; the audit exists to stop that.
-
02
Weeks 5–12 — Sector training
Hospitality, healthcare auxiliary, logistics, or retail, chosen with your caseworker.
-
03
Weeks 13–26 — Paid placement
A paid placement with one of our 38 employer partners, with a weekly stipend.
-
04
Months 3 and 12 — Follow-up
Kweku reviews every placement in person at month three and month twelve.

Kweku holds a personal relationship with every one of them, which is why a placement that goes wrong gets fixed in a phone call rather than an email chain.

Six months of weekly stipend for one person on placement.
