About

Mission and values

We build structured pathways out of displacement, with the people displaced, so that ordinary lives — work, school, rent, citizenship — can resume.

What we hold to

Four values, stated plainly

  1. 01

    Dignity

We do not take photographs without consent. We use names. We pay our staff fairly, including the staff who came to us as clients.

  2. 02

    Structure

Every track has milestones, a caseworker, and a follow-up at three and twelve months. Drop-in is not an answer.

  3. 03

    Transparency

We publish full audited accounts in March, including senior salaries by post. Donors can read every line.

  4. 04

    Authorship

People tell their own stories on our platforms. Field notes are signed by their authors. Editing is for clarity, not for a fundraising arc.
