Thirty-eight employer partners take our Vocational Bridge graduates. Some also fund the programme that trains them.
Become an employer partner
Take a six-month paid placement from a Vocational Bridge cohort. Kweku reviews every placement at month three and twelve.
Fund a cohort
€14,400 funds one full cohort of twenty-four people through the six-month stipend.
Skills volunteering
CV review, mock interviews, and workplace-orientation sessions from your own team.
In-kind giving
Laptops, office furniture, and equipment. Drop-off Tuesdays and Saturdays.
What we ask
Our conditions
We will not put a partner logo on a photograph of a person. We will not supply case studies naming clients without their written consent, renewed annually.
We report to partners quarterly with placement numbers, retention, and the things that went wrong.
